Your EUR → INR guide
Make a repeat transfer easier to compare.
For regular support from a euro account to India, save a record of the EUR debit and INR received after each completed transfer. Use that record to understand your budget, but request a fresh quote next time. A previous transfer’s rate and fee are not a promise for a later payment.
Select your actual sending country and the recipient’s intended receiving method before comparing prices. If the transfer is for education or another specific payment, ask the recipient which reference and beneficiary details must be included. Follow any purpose or document requests made by the provider.
What affects the total cost?
The exchange rate and the transfer fee work together. For the same total EUR spend, look at the final INR receipt rather than comparing the fee alone. Check whether funding by your chosen method changes the cost, and whether any bank or recipient charge is outside the quote.
Compare quotes close together in time. If you return later, refresh the figures before acting. A promotional quote may have conditions, including eligibility or an amount limit; read those conditions before building it into your budget.
